I seriously LOVE this series. It's a spin off from Briggs hugely popular Mercy Thompson series but told in 3rd person with very strong romantic elements considering its Urban fantasy. I'm dying for its release.
Briggs covers are always beautiful, especially the Alpha and Omega Series covers. I love the wolves.

I just heard about this author, but it was her Mercy series and it was in the scifi dept at b/n so I didn't pick it up. I'll have to check out your review of the first book of this other series. It looks really good!

I don't think I've ever seen you read an Urban Fantasy novel before. ;) This spinoff is one of my faves though cause there is such strong romantic elements. Plus Patty's novels are super fast paced and it's always a "who done it" kinda thing. Her villians can be pretty scary.

The Mercy Thompson series is really good too. There's a love triangle with Mercy and two very alpha werewolves. Plus Mercy always finds trouble. Great series. The Alpha and Omega series is a spin off. Definitely check them out!
